weddingplanning: bridesmaid boxes

I wanted to do something special to ask my bridesmaids....all 10 of them! I knew I wanted to make these little boxes ever since I had seen them on pinterest over a year ago and I finally had a chance! As soon as I had important information (the venue, date, etc.) I was ready to start crafting! 

Inside I included paint samples of my colors, sample dresses (since they're picking out their own), cards with information on when/where the wedding is, their job as a bridesmaid, the bridal party phone numbers, and info about what kind of dress to get. I wrote a card that said "will you be my...bridesmaid" and had it on the front so they would see it first. and i included some candy inside :)

I think the girls loved their little gifts!

We are so excited to begin this next journey!!! I am so thankful that our dear friends Morgan and Garrett were there to capture the moment :)

spring break

.... is nothing too exciting this year.

over the past month (of no blogging) I've been busy with school, working, and trying to figure out my post-graduation life.

We had a snow day here in Lubbock which cancelled a day and a half of school; I got a nasty cold that put me out for a few days; my parents came to visit; I fell in love with coconut water; Cody and I went crazy on our spring break with a sunset picnic at Ransom Canyon
